1. Kamaki’s Palace
Kamaki’s Palace is a series of corrugated iron sheet shebeens off the Thika superhighway along the Ruiru-Utawala bypass. The palace offers one of the best picnic sites along Thika road. It’s a place to enjoy ready-made Choma (grilled meat)with your favorite drink. While at the Kamaki’s Palace, you don’t have to worry about the distance to the road. Leisure beach is one of the picnic sites along Thika road. It’s located 2 kilometers off Thika superhighway and 1 kilometer from the Ruiru flyover.
